History is being made in Cavaillon, Haiti. 🇭🇹

We are building the Haiti of Tomorrow

For more than 20 years, Man Dodo Humanitarian Foundation has been committed to creating opportunities that empower communities and build a stronger future. This August, we take a monumental step forward with the inauguration of the Man Dodo Center of Innovation & Technology.

This first-of-its-kind center will serve as an incubator workspace, training center, co-working hub, and computer lab—equipping students, entrepreneurs, and future leaders with the tools they need to thrive in a digital world.

This is more than a ribbon cutting.
This is more than a building.

This is a legacy.
This is investment in the next generation.
This is what sustainable impact looks like.

From education to innovation, from vision to reality—we are helping build tomorrow, today.

Join us as we make history.

💙🧡 Help us reach our goal of raising $50,000 to support the Center of Innovation & Technology and our Annual Student Symposium.

Some stories are the reason we never stop 🇭🇹
In 2016, during the early years of our work, our team traveled to the rural south of Haiti for our annual medical missions and you drive, joined by nurses, doctors and volunteers who came from all over with one shared purpose: to serve.

That day, a mother walked for hours to reach us, carrying her newborn baby girl in critical condition. In a place where access to medical care is limited, she trusted that if she could just make it to us, there was still hope…and there was.

Our team was able to intervene and save her life.

Today, she is thriving, adorned in a tiara.

Meet Evanne Fayisha! A bright, beautiful 10-year-old whose life stands as a testament to faith, compassion, and the power of showing up. She carries the name of our inspiration- the matriarch of the Lozama family - Evanne Lozama, whose legacy of love and service continues to guide every mission we take.

From those early missions rooted in urgent care and relief, to the work we continue to build today, this is what it has always been about - meeting people where they are, and believing in what’s possible.

This is what legacy looks like.
This is what faith in action creates.
This is what your support makes possible.

One moment of care…
that becomes a lifetime. ❤️❤️

We are heartbroken. 💔

Vice Mayor Nancy Metayer Bowen was more than a public servant, she was someone who genuinely loved her people. You could feel it in her smile, in the way she showed up, in the way she stayed present. Not long ago, she was standing right beside us at our gala, full of warmth and purpose, reminding us all why this work matters.

As the first Black and Haitian American woman to serve on the Coral Springs City Commission, she didn’t just open doors, she made sure others felt welcome to walk through them. Her heart was always with the Haitian community, from South Florida to Cavaillon and beyond.

The world feels a little quieter today. But everything she poured into this community, every life she touched, every hand she held, every moment she chose people over politics, that doesn’t leave with her. 🕊️

Our thoughts and prayers are with her family, her loved ones, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

🕊️ Rest in love

🖤🇭🇹
