Our founder is still making moves and making an impact. 🙌

From helping shape the sound of South Florida to opening doors for the next generation, Ted Lucas continues to invest in the community that helped shape him.

Through Tech Tuesdays, mentorship, and his continued commitment to creating opportunities, Ted is helping connect our community to technology, resources, jobs, and new possibilities.

As he said, “when you bring the right community of people together, we can make a big impact here in South Florida”.

A special thank you to Najahe Sherman & CBS News Miami for highlighting Ted’s story and the work happening right here in our community.

Today, we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, mentors, coaches, and father figures who lead with love, strength, and sacrifice.

At the Ted Lucas Foundation, we recognize that strong families help build strong communities, and today we honor every man who shows up, gives back, and inspires the next generation to dream bigger.

We all have a “Why”. Direction is easier when you’ve identified it.
