Good morning MCC C/O 94,

It’s that time again!

Yep…you guessed it. It's Festival season!

Not only is it Chiefhall Festival time, but it’s also the 10th Year Chiefhall Alumni Festival! And guess what? We have participated as a class all 10 years! We started small, year after year we grew, and every year has been bigger and better. Let's keep the momentum going!

I truly want to say thank you for continuously supporting MCC C/O ’94 through the years.

Thank you to those who made early donations to secure our class registration (spot on the field) and our tents for the Festival.

Because of your generosity, we are already in a great position to kick things off this year.

We appreciate you!

For those participating in this year’s Festival, we are asking for $125 per person. This will cover:

Decorations (10 Years Later & Greater!)

Food

Class shirt

And all the extra “what-nots” that always come up

If you are bringing a guest, please add $25 for an adult or $10 for a child. Each year it gets more expensive to feed and host everyone, and we want to make sure we have enough for all who participate.

Chiefhall Festival planning meetings are already underway, so stay tuned, more updates are coming soon!

Good day fellow classmates of C/O 94,

It is that time again! Our annual Chief Hall Picnic is around the corner. This is the time when we fellowship and reflect on our younger years and the years ahead. We have lost some along the way, so I hope to see as many of you as possible.

The theme this year will be “The Games we Played”. This can be a board game, TV game show, etc. The picnic will take place on April 12, 2025, at the newly renovated Risco Park. Each class is responsible for a registration fee of $650. Along with the registration, each class is responsible for contributing items to the community tent.

We have been tasked with securing the hot dog buns and water for the community as our contribution. As a class, we are responsible for securing our tent, the décor, and any additional food we would like to have.

With that being said, we are asking for a donation of $100 dollars from all participating class members. This will assist in securing, the tent, tables, chairs, decorations, a class shirt, food for our tent, and our community contribution. For those of you who don't want a shirt, but would still like to participate, you are more than welcome to still send a contribution. Even if you are not planning to attend, you can still donate, as this would help us get to our goal as a class.

Payment options are available. You can break the funds up in 2 payments, but the sooner we get the funds the sooner we can get the registration, tent, décor, and food secured.
