Abuse doesn’t always leave a bruise. Sometimes it looks like control disguised as love, constant criticism, isolation from family and friends, financial control, threats, manipulation, jealousy, monitoring your phone, or making you feel afraid to speak up.

If you constantly feel like you’re walking on eggshells, questioning yourself, apologizing to keep the peace, or changing who you are because you’re afraid of your partner’s reaction pay attention to those signs.

Healthy love should not make you live in fear.

💜 Love respects your boundaries.
💜 Love allows you to have a voice.
💜 Love doesn’t control, threaten, humiliate, or isolate you.
💜 Love should feel safe.

Recognizing abuse is an important step toward breaking the cycle. You deserve a relationship where you are valued, respected, heard, and safe.

Yesterday was an incredible day of networking, entrepreneurship, and community at the 2nd Annual Small Business Expo, hosted by the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Miami-Dade County at Topgolf Doral!

As a proud Board Member of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Miami-Dade County, it was truly an honor to have my organization, Shattered Voices Unheard, serve as one of the sponsors for this amazing event alongside Lit-Wick Candles & More, Young Dreams Inc., and other wonderful sponsors and community partners.

We would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to all of the vendors, small business owners, entrepreneurs, business partners, sponsors, and supporters who helped make this event possible. And a special thank you to everyone who came out to shop, support, connect, and network with our local businesses. Your presence and support truly matter! 🤝🏽🛍️💜

This expo was more than just an event it was an opportunity to build relationships, create new connections, support entrepreneurship, and strengthen our community.
