Some photos from the Memorial Service and Freetown visit to Rev. Jacob Nimeju Kartwe, Sr’s grave.
Partial video of memorial service will be posted soon.
Project in the town of Parlukeh continues hopefully in February depending on the condition of the roads.

This is where we are up to date. All the materials, including roofing sheets and ceiling tiles are in storage in the village. Due to road conditions I could not go to village. It’s my hope to get some work done this October. This October the Parlukeh people are celebrating their first son, my father, Rev. Jacob Nimeju Kartwe. This will be their very first time having a traditional observation/celebration since his passing. This will be a time also to be reminded that in “Christ all things are possible “.

As we approach Christmas, I continue to be grateful to our Anointed, Jesus Our King! As we study Rev. Adam Hamilton’s “Incarnation “, It affirms that through Jesus the Messiah, God anoints us to do God’s work. I say this to say that God has used St Luke’s UMC Orlando to help equip me to go to the village of Parlukeh to do God’s work! On behalf of Kartwe Outreach Foundation I say thanks. My heart is overflowing with gratitude and joy. This, in spite of the Pandemic, is a season to be thankful.
Wishing everyone A Wonderful Christmas!
Blessings and ❤️
Margaret

Thanks to all of you who like our page. I returned the end of January from our project site in the village. School supplies were distributed and the foundation of the first multi purpose building completed. Our goal is to complete that building next year. Thanks to all our partners. Thanks for buying into the vision of education- health - sustainability- for a growing community. It is through your sacrificial giving that all of this is made possible. ST LUKE’S THANKS 😊 OOO!
