Miami Beach Police Athletic League Also known as the Miami Beach PAL or MBPAL, the Miami Beach Police Athletic League is the first PAL in the state of Florida.

We are on a mission to build bonds between police and our youth through free programs and community outreach events. Under the leadership of a full-time police officer as Executive Director, and with vital assistance from a volunteer board made up of citizens and local law enforcement officers, PAL offers the youth of the community an array of recreational, athletic and educational activities. grams are designed with a two-fold purpose: to create better relations between law enforcement officers and youth, and to prevent juvenile delinquency.

Stay Ready Girls did SUMMER right ☀️

From new experiences and big adventures to laughs, memories, and moments they’ll never forget, these girls showed up, tried new things, made new friends, and had FUN doing it all. ✨

A summer full of confidence, connection, growth, and GIRL POWER. We came, we learned, we laughed, we explored, and most importantly, we STAYED READY!

A HUGE thank you to the 100+ incredible women who helped fund this program. Because of your generosity and belief in our girls, they were able to experience a summer filled with opportunities, adventures, growth, and memories that will last a lifetime. You didn’t just help fund a program, you invested in GIRLS and their futures. ✨

And to EVERYONE who played a part in making this program possible, THANK YOU to those who volunteered their time, shared resources, opened doors, provided experiences, encouraged our girls, helped behind the scenes, and supported us in ways big and small, we appreciate you more than you know. It truly took a community to make this summer what it was.

Opening doors to careers, college, leadership, and unforgettable experiences? Incredibly chic. ✨

From hiring 38 youth this summer, to exploring college campuses and visiting the U.S. Capitol, to serving 500 kindergartners in Miami Beach, to watching PAL alumni go on to become Olympic champions and law enforcement officers, we’re proud of what’s possible when young people are given opportunities to learn, lead, and dream bigger. 💙

And the chicest thing of all? Watching our youth thrive. ✨

✨ What a week in Washington, D.C.! 🇺🇸💙

From exploring our nation’s capital and touring college campuses to building friendships with PAL members from across the country, this week at the National PAL Youth Summit was one our teens will never forget.

They learned from inspiring leaders, strengthened their leadership skills, stepped outside their comfort zones, and created memories that will last a lifetime. Every conversation, every tour, and every experience was another reminder that their future has no limits.

A huge thank you to National PAL and our advisors. Most importantly, we’re proud of our amazing teens for representing Miami Beach PAL with respect, leadership, and heart every step of the way. 💙
