Happy June!

We are excited to introduce the new PTO officers for the 2026-2027 school year. As parents and supporters of MISD, we are honored to serve our students, teachers, and families. Our goal is to continue building strong connections between home and school while supporting the activities and opportunities that make our school a special place.

In a small community, it truly takes all of us working together to make a difference, and we look forward to partnering with families, staff, and community members throughout the year. Whether you can volunteer a little or a lot, we welcome your ideas, support, and involvement.

Thank you for trusting us to serve in these roles. We are excited for a great year ahead and can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together! But first, enjoy summer!

Tomorrow is the last day of school! The awards ceremony for PreK & 1st-7th starts at 8:30am in the gym. Early release is at 12:30pm.
Thank you all so much for another wonderful year! With your help, the PTO was able to provide the school with a new cafeteria cart, four sports canopies, and funds to replace library books.
Next school year will begin with a new and wonderful group of PTO officers. Be sure to stop by at Meet the Teacher (in August) and say hello. Enjoy your summer break!

The PTO would like to thank all of the wonderful parents that helped us make Teacher Appreciation Week a success. We were able to provide a lunch, desserts, a breakfast, and even goodie bags for our awesome MISD teachers and staff. We really appreciate your help and support for this event.

Please join us tonight at 5:30pm in the cafeteria for our final PTO meeting of the year. We have a lot on the agenda! The most important item is noms and elections of the 2026-2027 PTO officers. Hope to see you all there. Come out and get involved (kiddos are welcome too).

STUCCO will be selling Panther paw print tattoos for $1 each before school on Wednesday, May 6th!
Apply them at home on Thursday for Panther Pride Day on May 7th. 🐾

The current President and Treasurer are required to resign their positions at the end of this school year. During our meeting on Monday, May 11th, ALL officer positions will be open for nominations and election. If you are interested in more info, please contact the PTO or an officer.

Please check your candle & popcorn fundraiser orders for any missing items. Today is the last day to notify us so we can get those delivered to the school.
