Our next scheduled meeting is September 9th , 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Mexico Community Building.

This will be a jam-packed meeting, during which we will be preparing for our next fundraiser, reviewing the status of existing projects and upcoming projects.

Our Next Fundraiser is our wonderful Fish & Tenderloin Dinner, which is October 15, 2026. More on that later.

If you would like to learn about lionism and have any ideas how we can serve our community, please attend the September 9th meeting.

Since our beginning, we have undertaken many projects for this community. Three of those projects are;

$500.00 Scholarships for North Miami Seniors-InActive
Eye Glasses for North Miami Students
Donations to Miami County Helping Hands.

We continue to thank the many people who have attended, supported and/or labored to help us serve our community.

The 25G lions need volunteers to work at the Indiana state fair

Despite the stormy weather this past week, Indiana Lions volunteers helped the Indiana Lions Foundation cover most of our positions at the Indiana StateFair.

Due to the stormy weather, we expect to see larger crowds of fairgoers during the final 6 days of the Fair, and we need lots of help Thursday through Sunday.

This is a reminder about Cancelling our meeting on this Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

First of all, we would like to thank all of those who came and supported the Denver Days Breakfast by volunteering, donating towards the breakfast, or actually having breakfast. You are a blessing for which we are most grateful.

We want to let you know that our August 12th meeting has been canceled, as a result of conflicting schedules.

Our next scheduled meeting will be on September 9th , 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Mexico Community Building.

This will be a jam-packed meeting, during which we will be preparing for our next fundraiser, reviewing the status of existing projects and upcoming projects.

If you would like to learn about lionism and have any ideas how we can serve our community, please attend the September 9th meeting.

Denver days reminder

Our wonderful breakfast is only a couple of days away! It’s this Saturday, August 8th, at the Denver Days Festival. It’s our wonderful Denver Days Breakfast starting at 7:30 and ending at 10:00 AM.

With regard to the breakfast, we will meet at the Mexico Community Center on August the 7th at 5:00 PM to load up supplies and then take them to the Denver Community building for set-up.

Update for Meeting Held On 07/08/2026

We are pleased to announce that our next fundraiser will be on August 8th, at the Denver Days Festival. It’s our wonderful Denver Days Breakfast starting at 7:30 and ending at 10:00 AM.

This was Another great meeting. Ongoing projects were reviewed. The main focus of this meeting was our wonderful Denver Days Breakfast!

One of the best parts of this meeting was that one of our newest members, Branden Lesley, was able to attend.
We were able to get photos of both Branden and his sponsor, Jeff Shrock. Thank you Branden, for devoting your time, to a very worthy cause and thank you Jeff for recruiting him!
