Reminder about LIHEAP winter assistance is coming to a close and summer assistance will be starting up June 1st.

⏰ IMPORTANT LIHEAP REMINDER⏰

The lump sum ENERGY ASSISTANCE and ECIP Winter season closes on May 31, 2026. All requests received on and before May 31 will be processed.

The SUMMER ECIP season starts on June 1, 2026 with a maximum benefit amount of $300. A disconnection notice is required.

Did you know May is Community Action Month? Since 1964, community action agencies across the country have worked to address the causes and conditions of poverty. Today, our work continues living out this promise every day throughout Central Missouri.

See the Food Pantry Calendar for the Help Center. The Vandalia Food Pantry day is 5/21/26 at Frist Baptist Church and Laddonia is on 5/19/26 at St John's (The Laddonia Food pantry is only for Community R6 and Vandalia people)
