Per Fire Chief:
Lake Mexia is under an extreme flood warning from 6:45pm tonight till 7:30pm Monday night.

Potentially 8-10" of rain could be expected.

Watersheds to the north are already full.

If you have anything close to the lake shore, it should be moved or it could potentially be lost.

Please spread the word.

5:30pm at the marina

Hoping to see every member (and those who would like to be a member!!) at our April 27th meeting. Doors open at 5:30 PM.

We’ll be serving ham and turkey, so please bring your favorite side dish or dessert.

Our guest speaker will be Emily Brown, the Health and Human Services Extension Agent for Limestone County.

Lake Wide Clean-up – “Dumpster Day”

April 18th @ Marina 8:00AM - Till Full

There will be a 40‑ft dumpster available to all Lake Mexia residents, free of charge until the dumpster is full.
***Please bring a water bill or something to identify you as a lake resident***

Items NOT accepted: Chemicals, Oil, Fuels, Batteries, Tires, or Hazardous materials. Paint cans must be open and completely dried out.

Lake Wide Clean-up – “Dumpster Day”

April 18th @ Marina 8:00AM - Till Full

There will be a 40‑ft dumpster available to all Lake Mexia residents, free of charge until the dumpster is full.
***Please bring a water bill or something to identify you as a lake resident***

Items NOT accepted: Chemicals, Oil, Fuels, Batteries, Tires, or Hazardous materials. Paint cans must be open and completely dried out.

Volunteers Needed

To make this year’s cleanup more accessible, we are asking for:
· Truck or trailer owners that are willing to help neighbors who cannot haul items

· Helpers at the marina to assist with unloading

· Shift volunteers so we can keep the dumpster available beyond noon, if possible

· Your time and help make an enormous difference for our community.

No tires or chemicals will be accepted.
