The Metuchen Chipmunk Scurry thanks the dedicated leaders who helped launch America’s first Chipmunk pilot program.
Special thanks to the volunteers from Cub Scout Pack 69 - Metuchen, NJ and Patriots' Path Council, Scouting America for creating the foundation that future Scurry Parent Coordinators can build upon for years to come.
Their work helped bring the Chipmunks mission to life: building school-ready skills through story-based play while strengthening parent-child connection.
Left to right: Mr. Darren, Ms. Katie, Ms. Katherine Smith (Council’s New Programs Coordinator), Ms. Jackie, and Mr. Jai. 🐿️💙
And a special shout-out to the furry forest friends in their hands, who helped bring our Chipmunk stories and adventures to life! 🌲🦝🦔🦌🐦✨
