PLEASE READ🤠🤎🐴🪵
Here is the most recent update from the 9 Day page! Please keep in mind that this ride will be bigger than last year with a lot of new features available to those that put in a little elbow grease!
Wednesday, June 10th: the electric company will be on site installing our new transformers and hanging meter loops. Say hello to our 95+ new electrical sites😊
Saturday, June 13th: our next MEETING/WORKDAY
We have approximately 10-15 more poles to set & we are going to start hanging triplex wire. We are also going to be digging dead horses to brace the existing poles.
The announcers stand needs to be scabbed together and stood back up.
The pole pile and the area around it needs to be cleaned up.
The dance floor... we have concrete still waiting to be delivered. To date, we have only had 1 person, offer to help. We need more help! It has been the same people over and over and they are tired y'all. If we do not get help, we will not have a concrete dance floor.
Saddle Club Presidents...remind your members why they get discount tickets!
Only 48 days until the ride starts and so much to be done.
Chris McClenahan will be at the workday between 10am- 12pm with BBQ sandwiches for lunch.
Campsite Fees: We are still getting calls about canpsites and we are still receiving payments in the mail. Several members have reached out stating they will be paying during the next workday. We will have the receipt book with us. The deadline is June 30th, but if you know you are camping, please reach out. We are doing our best to keep everyone in the area they want to be in.
Fundraisers: We still have some tickets available for the pews and the quilt. If you need more or want to purchase, please let us know.
We hope to see everyone there. This is going to be one of our busiest workdays!
