We work with local partners to fight the industry’s historic and unjust targeting of specific populations. We work with local partners to fight the industry’s historic and unjust targeting of specific groups, including Black, LGBTQ+, and LatinX communities. The TFCP collaborates with local partners to:
• Prevent youth from starting to use to***co/nicotine*
• Protect everyone from secondhand smoke
• Promote free resources to help people quit
Funded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s To***co Cessation and Prevention Program, the TFCP shares resources, educates, and mobilizes the community in support of local to***co policy in Northeast.
* When referencing to***co/nicotine, we are referring to commercial to***co (vapes, ci******es, ci**rs, etc.) and not the sacred and traditional use of to***co by some American Indian communities
Who We Collaborate With:
TFCPs are a free resource for local coalitions, health and human service agencies, educational institutions, faith-based communities, social justice groups and organizations, multi-unit housing, municipalities, workplaces, and other community-serving organizations. TFCPs partner with and support local chapters of The 84 Movement, a statewide movement of youth fighting to***co in MA. For more information about how your local youth group can join The 84, visit: www.the84.org. For more information or media inquiries please contact:
