On Saturday, June 20 from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., you can enjoy free admission to Whitewater Canal State Historic Site Grist Mill as a celebration of Juneteenth! Watch cornmeal being ground and purchase some to take home. Families can explore the hands-on transportation discovery space inside the mill to see how Hoosiers used to get from place to place. After your visit to the Grist Mill, walk the trails and bridges throughout Metamora to take in picturesque views, shop and dine in the local shops and restaurants. We are looking for volunteers to come help cut and prepare Strawberries for the Strawberry Days Festival this coming weekend.
Bring your favorite knife and bowl and join us on the backporch at Grannie's Cookie Jar & Ice Cream.

We're just a few weeks away from the first of our 3 outdoor movie events at The Community Building in Metamora, Indiana! We would like to thank the sponsors that are making this happen!
