Rise and Shine Crawfish lovers. The day we have waited for all year since we turned the lights off in 2025 has arrived.

STEAM Crawfish Cookoff will take place today May 16th from 5-9. its not to late to come join us.

Tickets are available at the door $35 for and adult $15 for youth (7-12 years old).

25 teams will compete for who is the best, some dress goofy some drink this red concoction but everyone is going to have a great day.

One thing about St. Edward Association of Men - STEAM we know how to put on an event and have a great time.

Come out and get some delicious food.
