Founded in 1999, the Legacy Donor Foundation (a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization) provides education and public awareness activities about organ, eye and tissue donation. We seek to increase donor registrations and foster informed family acceptance of the process.

Savannah is a liver transplant recipient, devoted daughter, wife, mother & amazing friend whose beautiful spirit touches so many lives. We love this photo of her with a butterfly, a special symbol of her donor, Tyler & the gift of life that forever connects them.
