The Chalmette High School ProStart Program Management Team presented their complete restaurant business plan to more than 50 attendees at the 2026 LRA Showcase during the Cooking Demo session presented by Fortune Fish & Gourmet and Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.

The team's presentation of Honua's Table, a Hawaiian-inspired restaurant concept, earned them 1st place at the Louisiana ProStart Competition and 2nd place at the National ProStart Invitational in Baltimore.

Their presentation highlighted their restaurant concept, business operations, marketing strategy, and ability to tackle real-world management challenges.
