We are rocking and rolling with our partners Beacon Rescue. Together we have initiated our Lifeline Network to help Hawaii!

760, 72-hour waterproof hygiene kits. En route to Hawaii. Right now.

This is what coordination looks like in real time.
Within days of activating the Lifeline Network for Hawaii flood response, our partners at doTERRA stepped up with an immediate, tangible contribution - 760 waterproof 72-hour hygiene kits destined for O'ahu's most impacted communities.

Those kits are being delivered to the Lähui Foundation as you read this.

This is exactly why the Lifeline Network exists.
Not to duplicate what others are doing.

Not to show up with good intentions and no plan. But to move quickly - connecting the right partners, to the right needs, to the right people on the ground - before the window closes.

Disasters don't wait. Neither do we.

To doTERRA Essential Oils USA thank you for saying yes fast.

That matters more than most people know.

This is what partnership in disaster response looks like.🤝

If you have resources, capacity, or connections and want to deploy them with precision - connect with us.

The Lifeline Network is built for exactly this.
Operation Malama is active. The coordination is working.

A letter from Amy-
This is what collaboration looks like.

Earlier this summer, I had a call with Kevin Johnson brainstorming ways he and his group of incredible local cooks could support Fill the Needs. It started with an idea for gumbo and jambalaya plate lunches. I never expected the second call from him to be:

“Do you need a generator for disaster response?”

The answer is always yes. Even if we don’t need it today, we might tomorrow. And a generator we always need.

Kevin connected us with AWA Archer Western Alberici, who donated a Cat D175 generator—big enough to power a hospital, EOC, or water treatment plant. A donation beyond anything I imagined. And one too big to keep to ourselves.

I reached out to Pasquale at Beacon Rescue. Together, we agreed: this should be a shared asset. A tool we deploy jointly, fast, and where it matters most.

But a 175 kW generator with a 350-gallon diesel tank needs a custom trailer—and thanks to a donation from Rob Thomas, we had that covered quickly.

Once all was set up and ready to roll, guess what happened?

Oxford, MS needed power. Right away. And we now had a solution!

My Jeep Wrangler couldn’t tow 12,000 lbs. So I called in backup— Owen and Robert Coleman with We Fight Monsters. Robert drove from Atlanta to Gulfport to pick it up to drive it to the next destination. I followed behind to Oxford in my Jeep, watching this incredible mission roll forward, mile after mile.

This is what Fill the Needs exists to make possible. We manage the logistics and build partnerships and collaborate so many small and might teams, leave a large impact on communities in need.

Through wind and cold and reroutes, we made it to Oxford’s Emergency Operations Center at 3:30 PM Saturday. That generator is now powering pumps at a local water facility—doing exactly what it was donated to do.

Here’s the moment of truth:
**********Fill the Needs now needs a donated truck—think F-250 or Ram 2500, minimum towing capacity of 15,000 lbs.
We need our own vehicle to move this generator—fast—to any EOC or rural site that needs it. And for everything else we haul, deliver, gather and provide to communities after disasters.**********

We will figure out how to get it home to New Orleans or Nashville when the time comes.

For now, our generator is where it needs to be. And that’s what matters.

🇯🇲 FILL THE NEEDS – Jamaica Deployment Update
November 5, 2025

Today, we experienced what true resilience means — both as responders determined to serve and as witnesses to the unbreakable spirit of the Jamaican people.

Our frontline teammates from Beacon Rescue, Jase Response, Waves for Water, and Plain Compassion Crisis Response led ground efforts to impact the mountain township of Accompong, overcoming rugged terrain and unpredictable conditions together.
By sunset we delivered 50 cases of clean water, trained residents on Waves for Water filtration systems, and provided a solar-powered Starlink system that now brings connection to a neighboring township for ongoing communication for recovery efforts.

The collaborative medical personnel are committed to providing resources and care for residents. discussed with Chief Currie and local leaders about long-term health and resilience in Accompong. He brought to our attention the need to focus on supporting many other communities including Troy, Windsor and Elserslow and many more.

Through every steep road our volunteers took and with lots of teamwork on teetering mountainsides, we saw the same spirit reflected in the people around us — determination, hope, and the strength to keep moving forward. As one 9-year-old local reminded us with a grin when our car just wouldn’t push further, “You’re not stranded, you’re with us!” because the Jamaican spirit instills that even setbacks are met with strength and a smile.

Today, that’s what resilience looked like — walking together, serving together, rebuilding together.

We know it’s late. It’s been a long day for our team and our partners. Before we nod off to sleep- we want to celebrate collaboration, partnership and community.

This is the message we got from our amazing partner Sue. Her team at All Hands and Hearts are powerhouses. Nothing could stop them today- not the rain, nor the delays, or even the surprise newly washed out roads. They adapted all day long committed to deliver supplies to families in need in Accompong.

“Just crawled into bed but wanted to give you a huge thank you for bringing us into this wonderful community. Starlink, tarps, rope, buckets, water, food, juice - all delivered and unloaded, with lots of help from the community! What a day!!! Wish you were here to see it all. I give you more updates in the morning.”

We love you Sue and team! Get some rest!!! We cant thank you enough.

Big big hugs all around for a team of doers who don’t quit and helped today happen! Beacon RescueChazak RescuePlain Compassion Crisis Response All Hands & Hearts, Fill the Needs, Chef Amy Sins

🌍 JOINT MISSION UPDATE – Jamaica Deployment🇯🇲

4 NOV 2025

Just as our team was boarding our flight to Jamaica this morning, a mechanical issue grounded our flight. While delays are never easy, we’re trusting in the right doors opening at the right time & grateful for the strength of collaborative support across the Lifeline Network to troubleshoot rapid solutions.🤝

Because our team is bringing in critical medications and supplies, we’ve been navigating extensive authorizations & transportation resourcing to ensure everything arrives together and clears customs smoothly. Today, and the .rescue’s Crisis Information Center worked tirelessly to secure new travel options. stepped up & saved the day to ensure Jase Response’s vital medications and insulin will fly out early tomorrow morning✈️💊

We ask for prayers for favor and safe travels as the rest of our team aims to follow tomorrow. Even through challenges, we’re seeing how powerful collaboration can be in paving the way to serve those in need.🙏🙏🙏

💙 Thank you for your continued support — more updates to come.

Special thank you to incredible partners who have been working together in this Hurricane Melissa releif mission:

NEED FILLED-

Contact need FILLED_
Thank you Dee Smalling & Moses West

Facebook friends we need your help finding a very warm contact at:

***Moses West Foundation- https://moseswestfoundation.org/our-story/
***AWG Contracting- https://awgcontractingus.com/

It may not look like much- but this is the water system installed in Accompong that was flipped over by Hurricane Melissa. This is the villages source of fresh water and we are desperately trying to help them get it back online.

We'd like to connect with Moses West Foundation and AWG Contracting for critical data to implement some solutions.

From the Mountains to the Coast: What Relief in Jamaica Really Looks Like 🇯🇲💚

Disaster response is about people and partnerships.
Here’s what that looks like on the ground right now across Jamaica:

**Moore Town: Finding Real Partners

When a Jamaican nonprofit reached out saying they’d lost contact with the Maroon communities in Moore Town and Charles Town, and asked if we could help. We started making calls and
prayers were answered: Americares stepped up. Their team reached Moore Town, met with Maroon leaders, and confirmed two urgent needs — communication (Starlinks) and electricity.

They shared so much about what was happening on the ground.
Now, we’re putting Moore Town on our radar for deeper assessment and coordination.

Grateful for partners who show up for people!

**Collaboration Saves Lives

In a village, a woman with a high-risk pregnancy needed evaluation and possible transport to Kingston.
Before I could finish the sentence to make the request, Chazak Rescue, and Plain Compassion Crisis Response teams all said the same thing: We’ll help if she needs it, just call.

This is what partnership looks like — rapid, human, and built on trust.

**On the Ground and in the Air

Big shout-out to Grey Bull Rescue for another wild but successful evacuation mission. His plane was cleared to land… before anyone checked if the runway was safe.

Communications were completely down — until Bryan donated one of the first Starlinks on the island.

Now, commercial flights are back, and some are even carrying cargo. Huge progress in a short time.

These are the stories that remind us why we trust doers, not talkers.

💚 This is what Fill the Needs does best:

At Fill the Needs we connect dots, close gaps, and make sure help actually reaches the people who need it — quickly, efficiently, and with respect for the communities we serve.

Want to be part of the solution?
