It is so intricately rewarding to be part of Mercy Bears, American Culinary Federation New Orleans Chapter (ACFNO), and Dawn Busters Kiwanis. These 3 organizations do so much unselfish kindness and good for the area and State of Louisiana.

Huge shout out and an even Bigger Thank you to ROHOHO DBA Papa John's Pizza, Jamie Sanchez Area Manager of Papa John's, Michelle Spiehler District Manager, West Esplanade manager Edward Sessum for donating so many wonderful, tasty pizzas to Mercy Bears and the American Culinary Federation of New Orleans and President Ron Iafrate of Chef Ron's Gumbo Stop located 2309 N. Causeway Blvd. in Metairie for preparing awesome Box dinners to fuel the First Responders in the 4th District. ACFNO Chef Ron has been for several days transporting goodies and delivering them to NOPD 4th. District .

We are designed to give people a reason to smile by inspiring and nurturing their human spirit through recognizing UNSUNG HEROES who are ordinary people who achieve extraordinary results. The second is to show humility and gratitude by supporting a less fortunate person or family in need.
