Lighthouse for New Hope The LightHouse for New Hope provides a safe and joyful environment for children and adults who have experienced a significant loss in their lives.

Our services include grief and loss support groups and individual counseling. Our youth are hurting, our families are grieving, our Seniors are mourning. The most vulnerable in our community need a place to turn to. None of us can escape the pain of grief and loss. Our Vision at The LightHouse for New Hope is to establish and sustain a facility that will be there for our community when loss occurs

. A “Safe Haven”

A place where memories can be remembered and wounds healed. A place to play and feel and talk and listen to life’s experiences. A place for children and adults to not feel so alone with their loss. A place that brings “Light” into family’s dark and stormy days.

It is with a heavy hearts that we share the news of the sudden passing of our dear friend and dedicated volunteer, Rosa Cisneros. Rosa always brought a smile and passion for helping children and families at the Lighthouse. Whether she was facilitating a group or helping with volunteer training or simply serving refreshments, she did it with such love and kindness. She will be deeply missed. There will be a memorial service in the chapel at Christ Church in Plano, 4550 Legacy Dr, Plano, TX 75024 on April 30th at 11:00 am. Our thougthts and prayers are with her family and friends during this time of grief.
