Derived from Norse mythology, Valkyries were critical in Viking battles and historically honored as those who brought the chosen to the afterlife hall of Valhalla; journeys which were taxing on the mind, body, and soul. Today we are honored to support those Veterans, our Valkyries, who are in need of a voyage to heal that which is in need of attention. Whether it be the mind – a shoulder to lean o

n and a person to vent frustrations; the body – diving and a feeling of weightlessness to foster healing; or the soul – offering spiritual counseling for those needing religious assistance; Deep Sea Valkyries is committed to providing a complete experience for our Veterans and their needs. 10 years ago, Deep Sea Valkyries was a mission and a belief.

Today, it's every face in this video.

Veterans. First responders. People who gave everything — and found their way back to themselves, underwater, surrounded by people who refused to give up on them.

This is who the Valkyries are.

Thank you to every single person who has trusted us with their healing. You are the reason we exist.

A decade of this mission wouldn't be possible without the people who showed up alongside us:

⚓ All Star Liveaboards and All Star Blackbeard's — our home on the water for all 10 years.

🤿 Patriots For Disabled Divers — providing dive training for participants who need it, making sure no one is left on the surface.

👕 Sea Fear — for donating dive shirts and rash guards to our participants every single year.
