💙 With grateful hearts, thank you.

As the 2026 Let's Build Girls Camp comes to a close, Heather, Minnie, and Jen would like to extend our deepest appreciation to Magnum Companies and McCarthy Building Companies for their incredible commitment to this year's camp.

Thank you for opening your doors, sharing your expertise, and investing your time to help create an unforgettable experience for these young women. Your willingness to mentor, teach, encourage, and inspire is helping shape the future of the skilled trades.

Because of your generosity and partnership, campers walked away with new skills, lasting friendships, increased confidence, and the knowledge that there is a place for them in this industry.

It truly takes a village to make a program like this successful, and we are so grateful to everyone who helped make the 2026 camp one to remember.

Thank you for believing in the next generation of builders. 💙🔨

🎨💙 Some traditions are worth keeping.

As another incredible Let's Build Girls Camp came to a close, one of the sweetest traditions returned...campers adding their colorful handprints to Minnie's T-shirt.

Each handprint represents more than a splash of paint. It tells the story of a week filled with learning, laughter, friendships, challenges overcome, and confidence gained. Year after year, these handprints become a lasting reminder of the young women who stepped outside their comfort zones, discovered new skills, and left their own unique mark on camp.

It's a simple tradition with a powerful meaning: every camper leaves an impression that becomes part of the camp's story.

Here's to another unforgettable week and the remarkable young women whose handprints, and accomplishments, will be remembered for years to come. 💙🖐️

🎨⛑️ Safety Meets Creativity!

One of the most memorable highlights from this year's Let's Build Girls Camp was seeing the campers transform their hard hats into works of art.

Each decorated hard hat reflected its creator's unique personality, imagination, and style. From bold colors and inspiring messages to creative designs and meaningful details, no two were alike. It was a wonderful reminder that while safety is a cornerstone of the construction industry, there's always room to express creativity and individuality.

The artistic talent these young women shared was every bit as impressive as the hands-on skills they developed throughout the week. Their creativity, confidence, and willingness to think outside the box made this activity a true camp favorite.

Great builders don't just create structures...they bring ideas to life. These campers proved they can do both. 💙✨

Creativity was on full display as the campers unveiled their completed mockups during the final project reveal! 🎉🏗️

From a haunted café 👻☕ and a sweet shoppe 🍭 to an Egyptian-themed café 🐪🏺 and an imaginative cupcake shop 🧁, each project reflected the campers' hard work, creativity, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Watching these ideas come to life has been inspiring. Every mockup tells a unique story and showcases the confidence, problem-solving, and skills these young women have developed throughout the week.

Congratulations to all of the campers on an incredible job! Your creativity truly stole the show, and we can't wait to see where your future takes you.

🔨🏆 Fast Hands, Great Skills, and Friendly Competition!

One of the highlights of Let's Build Girls Camp was the Fastest Nailer Competition! Campers put their speed, precision, and technique to the test in a fun challenge that showcased just how much they've learned throughout the week.

Congratulations to all of the winners! 🎉 More importantly, congratulations to every camper who stepped up, gave it their best, and cheered on their fellow competitors. The encouragement, teamwork, and confidence on display are exactly what this camp is all about.

This year's Let's Build Girls Camp brought together an incredible group of 14 amazing campers, each with their own unique story and determination.

Some traveled from Las Vegas, staying with family members so they could attend. One dedicated young lady even caught an Uber at 5:50 a.m. from San Tan Valley to make sure she didn't miss a single moment of camp.

That kind of commitment speaks volumes. These young women showed up eager to learn, willing to work hard, and excited to explore the opportunities that exist within the skilled trades.

We are truly blessed to have shared this week with such inspiring campers. Their enthusiasm, creativity, and determination remind us that the future is bright, and it's being built by the next generation.

Here's to 14 remarkable young women who proved that no distance is too far when you're chasing an opportunity to learn and grow. 💙🔨

🎨✨ We wrapped up the day by bringing our projects to life with paint!

The colors our campers carefully selected during Wednesday's visit to The Home Depot finally made their way onto the mockups, and the creativity was absolutely incredible. Brushes were flying, ideas were coming together, and each team put its own unique vision into action.

The best part? 🤫 We're keeping every mockup theme a secret until the big reveal on Friday! Trust us...you won't want to miss seeing the imagination, teamwork, and hard work that these amazing campers have poured into their projects.

Stay tuned for the final unveiling! 👷‍♀️🎉

🪚🏠 The learning continued as our campers rolled up their sleeves and got hands-on experience installing siding!

With guidance from our incredible volunteers and instructors, they learned the importance of proper alignment, fastening techniques, and attention to detail while seeing firsthand how siding protects and enhances a building.

We also want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Heldt Lumber for coming through on a last-minute request for lumber and for taking the extra time to cut everything to size for our campers. Your generosity, flexibility, and support played a key role in making this learning experience possible.

Thank you for helping us inspire the next generation of skilled trades professionals! 👷‍♀️💙
