The hearts of children are incredible!

God moved in powerful ways at the track this weekend!

An 11-year-old girl stopped by the RFC area after selling hand-colored pictures for 50 cents each to raise money for Racers For Christ because she “loves God and RFC.” Her parents matched her donation, and her servant heart was such a blessing to witness.

We also had the opportunity to pray for a track employee and his injured mother, connect with the Lawrence County Substance Abuse Prevention group during their “High Octane Hope” outreach, and share the Gospel after a beautiful rainbow sparked a conversation about God’s promises, sin, and the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

God continues to open doors at the racetrack through prayer, faith, and willing hearts. We are thankful to be part of His work!

As a new school year begins, RFC Kids is praying over all the kids, their parents, their friendships, their schools, and every part of the year ahead.

We pray our kids walk into school knowing they are loved by God, created with purpose, and never alone. May they have courage when things are hard, kindness toward others, wisdom in their choices, and confidence in who God created them to be.

We pray over their friendships and that God surrounds them with good friends and helps them be a friend who encourages, includes, and shows the love of Jesus.

We pray over their teachers, coaches, administrators, and school staff. We pray for patience, wisdom, strength, and hearts that see the unique gifts in every child.

We pray for the parents and families sending them out the door each day. Give us peace when we cannot be there, wisdom when they need us, and faith to trust that God goes everywhere we cannot.

May our children remember that their grades do not define them, their accomplishments do not determine their worth, and fitting in is never more important than standing firm in who God created them to be.

Lord, be present in every classroom, hallway, playground, bus ride, practice, test, victory, disappointment, and ordinary moment in between. Protect their hearts, minds, bodies, and faith.

❤️ Jesus, go before them, walk beside them, and remind them every day that You are with them.

It is such an incredible blessing to bring Jesus into the lives of our Junior Dragster drivers at Rock Falls Raceway. ❤️🏁

These amazing kiddos always look forward to prayer and fist bumps before they race. We truly cherish the opportunity to share life, encouragement, and our faith with our Junior racers.

Drivers Ava and Sully love getting prayed over before heading to the starting line, but we wanted to make sure they always remembered one simple truth: Jesus loves them.

So we grabbed some Alien Tape and mounted a little reminder of Jesus inside the roll cage of each of their Junior dragsters. They absolutely loved the idea of having Jesus “ride along” with them all the way down the drag strip.

What a joy it is to remind these young racers that no matter what happens on the track, they are never racing alone. 🙏🏼❤️🏎️
