Our theme this year is "Leading Like Christ."

We had a fantastic turnout at our recent event, where we workshopped the Christ-Centered Leader Model to learn how we can be better Leaders and Disciples in our homes, careers, and community.

When our words are centered on Christ, we lead with more love and truth.

At this event, the model will be presented, and participants will engage in applying the model's principles through workshop activities.

Properly applied, this model will assist you in being a Disciple of Jesus Christ in your home, work, and church service.

The Christ-Centered Leader Model was developed by the Sorensen Center for Moral & Ethical Leadership at BYU.

Thanks to Bryce Palmer for a great workshop on the Christ-Centered Leader Model.

The Christ-Centered Leader Model centers on the core principles of love, agency, and accountability relating to God, His children, ourselves, and our individual stewardship.
