Rather the need be as simple as finding a temporary weekly to monthly rental. We have very nice fully furnished homes in the Glendale and Mesa area that exist only on the contingency of providing a safe living environment without the worry of being turned down due to criminal background checks or credit checks. We have basic regulations we obviously abide by and that directly correlates with its purpose of being a safe and friendly environment! Our homes consist of room share situations for those that don’t mind bunking with another roommate as well as room, multiple rooms, split level accommodated living situations and all the way up to complete home environments, if that is what you need

Our Mesa Home!!

Have you had a chance to look at my listings on here or on roosters app or here within our page? If not you should check out the pictures of our homes!! We also have a website, it is:

The house in Glendale currently only has 1 cpl in it and there are 3 open bedrooms available for rent. There are 2 guest rooms that go for 500/monthly and the master goes for 700/monthly. All utilities are included in the rental price! in the Mesa home we only have 1 person living there and that is me. The 4Br house in Mesa is $800/mo for the guest rooms a piece, the master bedroom goes for $1400/mo & the guest master is $1250/Mo. As like the Glendale home the utilities are also included in your rent, it is already covered in your rental price! Just let me know what you think!

JUST MENTION : HFA Special !!!

We have 3 openings @ our Mesa Location it is an upstairs room @ it is a roomshare. The entire home will be your area aswell, but your living situation is that of a room share. You and the other 2 people! (obviously in separate beds, we don't advise "Big,Little Spoon"- joke but not joking) - but no there will be three separate full or twin size beds depending on the need to accommodate those tenants comfortably!! Obviously at times you may be the only one in that room! Currently that is the situation and you will have the entire room to yourself!! The price for the is $200/week or $800/month. We do as an upfront fee, charge an additional $150, in that amount is your $50 application fee as well as cleaning & move in fee.
Total move in cost would only be $400 and every additional week after would be $200!!
Thats a total of $800, Where else can you stay for $800 a month and have the full furnishings and amenities of a High End Luxury home??
Ohh by the way!!! - !!! This home is in a Gated Community and gives access to every tenant the ability to enter the Residence only interior gated area with 2 olympic sized swimming pools, a Workout area, (ABSOLUTELY PACKED with any and every machine you could ever need) a billiard room with a beautiful billiard table!! ALSO!!! a HUGE Social hall that can be used for bachelor parties, social gatherings, student tutoring space, after party’s, wedding Receptions, Family Reunions etc., etc.(All of these amenities are completely open all the way until midnight and 2am on the weekend)
