Briana Dimon Foundation We are a non - profit organization started to help children fighting Meningitis and other life threatening diseases.

The Briana Dimon Foundation is a Non Profit Organization that I have set up to assist families of children with critical life threatening health issues. Our goal is to enable families to spend quality time with their child before they pass away. I am in the process of setting up a full web site that will allow our supporters to follow events, become a supporter, and make donations.

This past weekend 14 years ago my daughter got sick then passed away. 11 years ago my cousin was in a horrible accident and their little one passed away. I learned that this past weekend one of my students from last year that I knew was sick passed away. I am grateful for the love all of these children gave and strive to continue to share their light with others.

To the lady in front of me in Aldi's, You didn't just do a simple gift of gratitude, you gave me 2 gifts I deeply needed.
I was having a rough day after a rough week and was doing something that didn't want to do: making a stop to get a snack for one of my kids that she needed right then before I could go home. I was done!
Taking a deep breath before turning the key, I replayed the the words of faith to the music that only continued in my head as I took one foot and then another out of the car. "I can do all things"as I headed to the store. "through Christ" slow deliberate steps, until I stopped in front of the Saltines. Deep breath as I picked up a box of saltines. My feet start moving one foot in front of another until I stopped behind a lady with kind eyes checking out in front of me. She turned and smiles as I started to set my box on the conveyor belt. " I was looking for those!" "They're yours!" Although quick feet took me to another box and back, 4 people were now in front of me in line. Before my feet could stop, another line was opened; I was motioned through; and told my box was already paid for!
Dearest Sister, you didn't pay for my box of Saltines, You were God's eyes saying 'I see you' and Jesus' hands saying 'I love you!'
Back in my car, I took another deep breath as I realized with Jesus' love and God's individual attention to my wellbeing, I couldn't be done. "I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me!" Philippians 4:13.

You are loved! Almost 10 years ago when Briana was facing a battle for her life which I knew she would not win, I thought about what she could do as a newborn. I came up with 2 things that I am proud to say that she did everyday. Be loved, give love. Those 2 things are reminder to me that no matter what happens, we have a choice to let love into our lives and we have a choice to share our love with others. Please remember that you are loved and share it everyday with others! There is no guarantee for tomorrow! I love you all and hope that I am sharing it with you.

On this Easter Sunday, I am missing you dearly Briana. Although it is deep, this isn't a grief of sorrow. It is temporary. I take comfort and have hope of seeing you again. For in Daniel 12:2 it says," them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake." Christ has risen and so will you! Until then I miss you, oh, so much! Love, Mom
