🎃 Volunteers needed for our Trunk or Treat — Saturday, October 24, 4:30–9:15 PM!

We are looking for volunteers to come serve at our Trunk or Treat serving foster and adoptive families. This is a great way to make a difference in the lives of children who have experienced foster care!

We especially need Trunk or Treat hosts — decorate your trunk and hand out treats to about 250 kids — plus setup and cleanup crew. Only 8 of 44 volunteer spots are filled so far.

Come help create a fun, welcoming night where every child feels seen and celebrated. At ASA Now we foster belonging — and you can be part of it.

One of our favorite weekends of the year is coming! ❤️ Join us for an unforgettable Family Camp Retreat at Kick N Back Ranch—a chance for foster, adoptive, and kinship families to step away from the everyday, spend meaningful time together, connect with other families who understand the journey, and make some incredible memories.

🗓️ October 8–11, 2026
📍 Kick N Back Ranch | Vernon, AZ
⏰ Check-in: Thursday beginning at 3 PM
🏡 Check-out: Sunday at 11 AM

Family Camp is about more than getting away for a few days. It’s about connection, belonging, laughter, support, and strengthening families. We can’t wait for another beautiful weekend together in the Arizona mountains! 🌲❤️

💙A huge thank you to Jennifer L Meyer and her friends!!

Jennifer generously dedicates her time to serving families through ASA Now. When she recently saw that our food pantry cupboards were nearly bare, she didn’t just notice the need—she jumped into action and began collecting food to help us restock our shelves.

We are so grateful for Jennifer and the many people in our community who step up when families need them most.

Lately, we’ve had more families reaching out for food assistance, and our pantry supplies are going quickly. We are especially in need of nonperishable food donations to help us keep our shelves stocked and continue providing groceries to children and families impacted by foster care.

Every bag, box, and donation makes a difference. Thank you, Jennifer, for leading by example and reminding us what community looks like. 💙
