One of the most common reasons modern parents circumcise their sons is because they don't think to question the concept of "it's just what you do."

The difference between following this passive thought process and recognizing the full consequence of what would've been a flippant decision may be as simple as briefly reflecting upon the reality of what is, what it removes, and whether one would choose it for himself later on.

With the cold season approaching, it's time for this reminder! Puffy winter coats under carseat straps will compress in an accident, drastically increasing your child's risk of serious injury. I live in an area that gets very cold all winter long, so I dress my kids in a couple fleece layers, plus hats, gloves, blankets, and a warmed-up car.
