🎨✨ Our adventures keep getting bigger and better! ✨🎨

This week, our residents enjoyed an inspiring outing to the Phoenix Art Museum, where we explored incredible exhibits and admired stunning fashion displays that showcased creativity, history, and artistry from around the world.

One of the most exciting parts of the day was seeing how much our travel group has grown! As more residents join our outings, we’re able to venture farther from home and experience even more of the wonderful cultural treasures Arizona has to offer.

From beautiful garments and intricate designs to meaningful conversations and shared laughter, the day was filled with discovery, friendship, and unforgettable memories. We love seeing our residents continue to learn, explore, and embrace new experiences together.

Where will our next adventure take us? Stay tuned! 🚐❤️

🎉 WE DID IT AGAIN! 🎉

Today, we are incredibly proud to announce that The Oasis at Fellowship Square Historic Mesa has achieved a ZERO-DEFICIENCY STATE SURVEY! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This remarkable accomplishment is more than just a survey result—it is a reflection of the love, compassion, dedication, and excellence that our team pours into this community every single day.

At The Oasis, our residents are not just residents—they are family. Every meal served, every hand held, every smile shared, every activity planned, and every act of kindness contributes to creating a place where our residents feel safe, valued, respected, and truly at home.

A zero-deficiency survey means that state inspectors found no deficiencies in our care, services, environment, and operations. It confirms what we already know: our team is deeply committed to providing the highest quality of care and quality of life possible for those entrusted to us.

We are beyond grateful for our incredible caregivers, nurses, dining team, housekeeping staff, activities professionals, leadership team, volunteers, families, and every employee who works tirelessly to make The Oasis a place of excellence.

Most importantly, we thank our amazing residents. It is our privilege and honor to serve you each day.

This achievement belongs to all of us, and while we celebrate today, our commitment remains the same tomorrow and every day after—to provide exceptional care, meaningful connections, dignity, purpose, and a life well lived.

💙 Congratulations, Oasis Team!💛 Zero Deficiencies.💙 100% Heart.💛 Excellence in Care. Excellence in Life.

🪨✨ We’re excited to introduce our new Inspirational Rocks Project! ✨🪨

Residents, family members, visitors, and team members have been painting river rocks with uplifting messages, inspiring quotes, and creative artwork, then hiding them throughout our community for others to find and enjoy.

These small acts of kindness are bringing big smiles! Because of the project’s popularity, we’ll soon be offering a rock-painting class to help grow our collection.

We encourage everyone to join in—paint a rock, share a message, and help us spread joy throughout Fellowship Square Historic Mesa!

Rounding Out the Memorial Day week…
On Memorial Day morning, our hearts were deeply touched as our beloved resident and veteran, Louis, honored his fellow servicemen and women by playing “TAPS” at our Veterans Crossing where our dedicated garden and fountain meet.

At 99 years young, Louis continues to inspire everyone around him. A proud veteran, gifted artist, talented musician, devoted husband, and loving father, he embodies a lifetime of service, dedication, and grace. As the solemn notes of “TAPS” echoed through our community, we were reminded of the sacrifices made by so many and the importance of never forgetting those who gave everything for our freedom.

We are incredibly proud to call Louis part of our Fellowship Square Historic Mesa family. His talent, kindness, and unwavering spirit enrich our community every day. Thank you, Louis, for your service, your example, and for helping us honor the true meaning of Memorial Day.

❤️🇺🇸 We salute you, Louis, and all who have served.

🇺🇸 We love ALL of our Veterans at Fellowship Square Historic Mesa, and today we are especially proud to celebrate three of our own who have been selected for the City of Mesa’s prestigious Hometown Heroes Banner Program! 🇺🇸

These remarkable individuals have dedicated their lives to serving our country, and now their stories are being honored and displayed throughout Downtown Mesa for the community to see and appreciate.

Each banner features a QR code that allows visitors to learn more about these incredible Veterans by reading their personal biographies and military service stories. Their courage, sacrifice, and commitment represent the very best of our nation and our community.

If you find yourself in Downtown Mesa, we encourage you to seek out the banners, scan the QR codes, and take a moment to honor these hometown heroes. We are deeply grateful for their service and honored to call them part of the Fellowship Square Historic Mesa family.

Congratulations to our three Hometown Heroes! Your Fellowship Square family is incredibly proud of you.

What an unforgettable journey across America our incredible Choir took us on during their “Road Trip USA” performance concert! From the sunny shores of California to the beautiful spirit of Hawaii, through the heart of the Midwest and all the way to the bright lights of New York, every song carried us on a musical adventure filled with joy, nostalgia, laughter, and pride. 🇺🇸🎶

We are beyond proud of our talented residents and performers whose hard work, dedication, and love for music shined so brightly on stage. A heartfelt thank you to our amazing director, Sherri Willborn Maxson, and conductor, Laura Kuegemann Ontiveros, for bringing this beautiful production to life with such passion and excellence. And of course, a special mahalo to Mailani Fernandez for her wonderful hula cameo that brought an extra touch of island magic to the show! 🌺

Events like these remind us just how special our community truly is — filled with talent, friendship, courage, and heart. Thank you to everyone who attended and supported our choir. You made the night even more meaningful.

Be sure to mark your calendars for our next concert on July 1st: “America 250,” at 10am in the Center Dining Room, a moving compilation of patriotic songs as we celebrate the spirit and history of our nation together. We can’t wait to see you there! ❤️🤍💙

Today at Fellowship Square Historic Mesa, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. 🇺🇸

Our Fallen Soldiers Table stands as a powerful symbol of remembrance — a quiet place that speaks volumes. Each item placed upon the table carries deep meaning and serves as a tribute to those who never made it home. It reminds us that freedom is never free and that behind every sacrifice is a family, a story, and a legacy that deserves to be remembered.

We are especially grateful for the veterans within our community who have served our country with courage, strength, and honor. Their stories, wisdom, and sacrifices continue to inspire us every day. It is a privilege to celebrate, support, and stand beside them here at Fellowship Square Historic Mesa.

This Memorial Day, we remember the fallen, honor those who served, and hold close the values of service, sacrifice, and unity that make our community so special.

May we never forget. ❤️🤍💙

Yesterday’s outing to the Queen Creek Olive Mill was truly one for the books! 🌿🫒 Our residents enjoyed a beautiful Arizona day while learning all about the fascinating journey of olives — from the first blossom on the tree all the way to the delicious products on our table.

We explored the groves, discovered the olive oil making process, sampled incredible flavors, and shared so many laughs and memories together along the way. Outings like these remind us how special it is to continue learning, exploring, and building community together.

A wonderful day filled with sunshine, friendship, and fun… and we already can’t wait for our next adventure! ☀️💚
