Dear Park Place Association Homeowners,



The Park Place Association will be holding a board meeting on Monday, April 13th at 6:30pm.



The meeting will be held in-person at the pool and also via Zoom. The meeting link has been provided below and the agenda is attached.



The Board of Directors will be meeting in Executive Session after the open meeting Pursuant to A.R.S. Section (A)(1)(2)(3)(4)(5) which is closed to owners.



All members are encouraged to attend and learn about current events and get caught up on everything happening in the community.

Good afternoon Park Place Members,

Please join the City of Mesa Dobson Ranch Library, Phoenix Children’s, Bob’s Free Bikes, and the Mesa Police Department for a bike safety event. Phoenix Children’s and the Mesa Police Department will be setting up and conducting a bike rodeo at the Dobson library and Bob’s Free Bikes will be collecting used bike. Children and families are encouraged to bring their own bikes and/or scooters but, if you come by and do not have a bike or scooter, one will be provided for you to use. The children will receive a bike helmet, as long as supplies last, and they will learn bike skills and rules of the road.

PCH will be raffling off two--16-inch bikes and one scooter.

Good afternoon Park Place Owners,

We are writing to inform you that pool fencing repairs will take place on Friday, August 22nd. AZ Spruce Up will be on-site to address several damaged areas of the pool fencing.

For your safety, cones and barricades will be placed around the repair zones. Please use caution when near these areas.

Any repairs not completed on Friday will be finished on Monday, August 25th.
