Dear Park Place Residents,
Thank you to everyone who participated in this year's bulk trash pickup event. The event was a tremendous success, with nearly all of the dumpsters filled to capacity.
Several residents have noted that other municipalities, such as the City of Phoenix and the Town of Gilbert, offer more frequent bulk pickup services. It is important to recognize that those communities fund these services through higher monthly water, trash, and sanitation fees, which are often significantly greater than those paid by residents in Mesa. The cost of ongoing bulk pickup services is incorporated into those utility rates.
Your HOA Board remains committed to providing this valuable service and will continue to submit annual applications to the City of Mesa to secure dumpsters for future community bulk pickup events.
If you have items that require disposal before the next community event, the City of Mesa offers special bulk item pickup services. Additional information can be found on the City's website:
