Yesterday was one of our final rehearsals before Miss Arizona, and spending the day with my team and incredible directors made everything feel even more real. Walking through each phase of competition was a reminder of just how much growth, confidence, and hard work has gone into this journey. It has been so inspiring to watch my teen continue pushing herself to grow and become the best version of who she can be.

This year through the Miss America Opportunity has been filled with unforgettable experiences. From expanding my community service initiative, Advocacy and Action for the Houseless, to partnering with the American Heart Association, building lifelong friendships through sisterhood, and working alongside amazing local and state sponsors, every opportunity has challenged me to lead, serve, and grow.

With only 23 days to go, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for this journey and everything it has brought into my life. Looking back on all we’ve accomplished through service, scholarship, style, success, and sisterhood makes me even more excited for what’s ahead. Changing lives starts with changing conversations. ❤️🤝

As a medical student and President of , some of my favorite days are spent alongside fellow students learning, educating, and taking action. Over the past two years, we have hosted more than 18 meetings focused on breaking misconceptions surrounding harm reduction, discussing ways to bring healthcare directly to those who need it most, and empowering future healthcare professionals to lead with empathy and understanding.

Today was one of those days. After exploring how harm reduction saves lives and supports our unhoused neighbors, we spent the remainder of our meeting assembling harm reduction kits that will be distributed throughout our community. Every kit represents an opportunity to reduce barriers to care, prevent overdose, and connect someone to the resources they deserve.

Through the Miss America Opportunity and my Community Service Initiative, Advocacy & Action for the Houseless, I have been honored to share the importance of healthcare access, education, and service. Meaningful change begins when we replace judgment with understanding and take action to support our communities. 💙✨

Sometimes the biggest victories aren’t won on stage… they happen in the fitting room. ✨👗

A few months ago, before my local competition, I walked into a dress store excited to find “the dress.” But instead, I left feeling defeated. I tried on so many gowns, and not a single one zipped up. There was one dress I loved, but it didn’t fit, and there wasn’t another sizes available. I remember feeling embarrassed, ashamed, and honestly questioning myself.
•
Fast forward to today… I walked back into that same dress store and saw that exact same dress hanging on the rack. Part of me didn’t even want to try it on because I remembered how defeated I felt the first time. But this time, I told myself, “Why not?” And when I zipped it up… it fit. 🥹✨
•
That moment was bigger than just fitting into a dress. It was proof of every early morning, every class, every ride, every workouts, every moment I chose to show up for myself during this Miss America Fit journey. This journey was never about becoming smaller — it was about becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident in who I am.
•
I wanted to share this vulnerable moment because I know someone out there may be feeling the same way I once did. Beauty is not a size. Beauty is a mindset. Beauty is learning to love yourself enough to grow into the best version of YOU. Keep it up. KEEP GOING. Ian right by you cheering you on!! 🤍

A year ago, fitness was the category that challenged me the most. I never fully felt confident in that part of competition, but this year, I made a promise to truly invest in myself. Between medical school, being a titleholder, and balancing life, I learned that in order to give your all to others, you first have to take care of yourself. 🤍

I’m so grateful to my incredible local sponsors, and and our state sponsor for helping me completely transform my relationship with fitness this past year. Through every class, challenge, and early morning, they reminded me that strength is built one step at a time. And thank you to and my local directors for continuing to help me grow both on and off the stage. ✨
