So many people have been laid off during this pandemic, and the entire country is taking precautions.
Why shouldn’t this affect the property management?
Why is it that each one of us continues to struggle, endangering ourselves every day?

Who are we supporting? How many work orders have been neglected or delayed?

We need to form a strong community among one another to get through this.

Hello there!

This is a page to represent the group of tenants living at Villetta Apartments in Mesa.

Firstly, we are in no way affiliated or associated with the management or employees. We want to come together as an independent community of neighbors, and hopefully friends. We feel it’s necessary to remain independent and separate to preserve everyone’s ability to feel comfortable speaking freely.

The core principle of our group is support. A community will always be stronger together than apart. Getting rid of something? Why not check if someone in your complex could use it and save a trip? Need help assembling some furniture? One of your neighbors might have some spare time in exchange for some hot cocoa!

Through this group we can also:
- Recommend ways to improve the complex
- Quickly communicate in case of emergency
- Organize events outside of office hours
- Discuss & share local events and businesses
- Recommend nearby resources
- Organize carpools
and of course, get to know one another better!
