The Longswamp Township Board of Supervisors set forth the authorization for the establishment of this Longswamp Township Historical Society in Longswamp Township Resolution No. 2009-22, adopted October 27, 2009. The Longswamp Township Historical Society is incorporated as a non-profit organization by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has been classified an IRS 501(c)3 Charitable Organization by

the Internal Revenue Service. All contributions are considered tax deductible for federal tax purposes under current IRS regulations. This is the LTHS' Official page that is maintained by LTHS Board Members. and allows for the community to post and share photographs and other information.
