Good morning, folks!
Our summer break is almost over which means we will be back to hosting our monthly markets! We have so missed having you all out on the farm!
If you have noticed, Mama Sam’s has gotten a bit of a facelift. Through a lot of praying, sitting and listening over the last few months He has directed me toward the foundational purpose of this place. Last year I heard the loud call to build an alter, so I did just that, and the people who have come to sit in it have warmed my heart so very much. Nothing that has been built out here, none of the classes or field trips, and none of the relationships that have been built here would be possible without Him. This is His place, not ours, and I’m just a steward.
With that said our focus here at Mama Sam’s has shifted a bit more towards ministry. We will still host our monthly markets, hold hands-on workshops and offer field trips to our local schools and organizations. In addition we will also be holding praise & worship nights, Bible study groups, domestic ministry, offer volunteer opportunities and more!
So I introduce you to our new look and I hope to see you in the future here on property where we are using our hands, feet and lungs to do God’s work within our community.
