Have work you think might qualify for an Angel? Public service advertising takes many forms, which is why the Angel Awards keep entry categories intentionally broad. 

Organization or Cause Promotion: Work that raises awareness, participation, or support for an organization, initiative, or public service cause.
• Public Health & Safety: Work that educates audiences, raises awareness, or encourages immediate behavioral changes that improve public health, safety, or well-being.
• Fundraising Events & Initiatives: Work designed to generate donations, participation, sponsorships, or other resources in support of an organization or cause.
• Other: Public service work that doesn’t fit neatly into one of the categories above. 
 
Don’t overthink your category. Choose the one that most closely reflects the purpose of your work. What matters most is that your work was created to improve the public’s health, education, or welfare.

Think about the work you’re proudest to have your name on. It may not have had the biggest budget or the flashiest production, but it was work that mattered.
Maybe it helped a family find the resources they needed, raised awareness about an important issue, encouraged donations, or changed someone’s mind or their behavior. 

 
We want to celebrate it. 

The AAF District 4 Angel Awards honor public service advertising created to improve the public’s health, education, or welfare. Whether the work was created for a paying client, developed pro bono, or produced by a nonprofit or in-house team, the Angels recognize both the quality of the work and the impact it made. 

If you’ve created work that made a meaningful difference for a cause, organization, or community, we invite you to share its story.

Great advertising gets attention. Great public service advertising makes a difference.

Entries are now open for the 2026 AAF District 4 Angel Awards, honoring the very best in public service advertising throughout Florida and the Caribbean.

Unlike traditional creative competitions, the Angels look beyond the work itself to consider the need it addressed, how that need was met, and the results it achieved.

If your work raised awareness, educated a community, inspired action, generated support and donations, or helped improve public health, education, or welfare, we want to see it!

🏆Eligible work: January 1, 2024 – August 31, 2026

💵Entry fee: $130

Our District 4 leaders spent the weekend at Westgate River Ranch learning, collaborating, and building connections with clubs from across the district. From insightful presentations and meaningful discussions to hayrides, line dancing, and plenty of unforgettable memories, the weekend was a great reminder that strong teams are built by great people.
