Erica's Run /Erica Pombrio Foundation Through it's annual fundraiser (Erica's 5k Run/Kids 1k FunRun), the Foundation donates directly to families fighting cancer. An IRS 501(c)(3) charity.

On September 19, 2009, Erica Nicole Pombrio, 23, an attendee of Merrimack High School and the daughter of local business owner, Lisa Pombrio (Strikeback Dynamic Defense Systems) lost her courageous battle with cancer. Throughout her fight, she never asked, “Why me?” It was always more painful for her to think of others suffering with this disease. Erica’s Run was created as an annual event to hono

r her memory and celebrate her life and ALL our loved ones lost to cancer. The proceeds from the run will be given to local families affected by cancer to help ease their pain and suffering from this disease. Since it's inception in 2010, the Erica Pombrio Foundation has raised over $170,000 to help more than 40 local families fighting cancer.
