Beginning June 15, all initial mental health assessments (intakes) will be walk-in appointments with Same Day Access at our East Chicago (3909 Indianapolis Blvd) and Merrillville (8555 Taft St) Care Centers.

Individuals should plan 2-2.5 hours for assessments. Clients who are looking for substance abuse services or require transportation will need to pre-schedule by calling 219-769-4005. Take the first step in your mental health journey and stop in today.

These traumatic events might include military combat, sexual or physical violence, natural disasters, or severe accidents. We can all help spread the word to raise PTSD awareness.
