The Merrillville Education Foundation is committed to being the primary philanthropic organization that funds innovative educational grants to teachers in the Merrillville Schools in order to provide opportunities that enhance student learning and achievement, promote social and emotional development of our students, and contribute to a strong community through a belief that education is key. In t

he pursuit of our mission, the Merrillville Education Foundation commits to create and develop programs and support roles in the following two areas:

• Development of business and community partnerships in support of Merrillville public schools.
• Fund grants, which support individual classroom and/or schools to broaden innovations at the school level and educational opportunities for students.
