The Merrillville Education Foundation continues to send our condolences to the family, friends, and students of Lori Govert.

Lori was a proud member of MEF for the last 25 years, served as a teacher in the Merrillville Community School Corporation since 1998 and as a cheer coach for 33 years.

In honor of Lori Govert and her strong spirit, the Merrillville Education Foundation will carry her legacy with the “Lori Govert Memorial Scholarship”. Donations towards the scholarship can be made through our website.
