Cybersecurity was the topic of conversation this morning!

We had a blast with Franciscan Health hosting an evening of networking, tours, great conversations, and even ice cream at the St. Clare Community Center!

Guests had the opportunity to explore the facility and learn how Franciscan is using the space to support our community, including expectant and new mothers and families experiencing food insecurity. The center brings together the Prenatal Assistance Program, Diaper Pantry, Fresh Start Market, and additional community support services all under one roof.

Thank you to Franciscan Health for opening your doors and giving our members a closer look at the important work happening inside St. Clare. We loved being part of your first Business After Hours! 💙

Our amazing Chamber Ambassadors, Chuck Wilk of Chester, Inc.. and Connie Vizena of BELFOR Property Restoration, have been out in the community delivering new member bags and personally welcoming some of the newest businesses to the Crossroads Chamber!

These visits are about more than dropping off a bag. They're a chance to meet our new members, learn more about their businesses, and help them feel connected to the Crossroads community from day one.

Legacy Foundation, the Dean and Barbara White Family Foundation, and the Town of Merrillville have awarded nearly $400,000 to support local storm relief efforts for Merrillville residents.
This includes assistance with insurance deductibles, utility and rent relief, home repairs, and food access in connection with the June 11 tornado and Aug. 11 storm. Merrillville residents can contact the local organizations on the attached flyer for information about available resources.
