We had a great meeting today! A surprise Rotarian, James K. Campbell Jr. joined us, and he gave us an update on Never Forgotten Honor Flight. We also recognized Michael Southcombe as our 13th Paul Harris member! We also recognized Patty Hagedorn as Merrill Rotary Volunteer of the year! We love our Rotarians!

Rotarians at work! Packing bags for Food for Kids. Along with some able bodied friends of Rotary, Lorie Karow, Jean Ravn , Mike Ravn, Betty Smith and Mindy Karow! Rotarians were Karen Karow , Gail Birnbaum Henry Hernandez , Carri Harris with our youngest Rotarian, Declan, and Brandon Wilde!

Rotary has impact! Marathon County Literacy Council, Inc. lost many hundreds of books due to significant water damage to their building in Wausau in February. Merrill Rotary Club and Wausau Rotary After Hours collected and donated 7 boxes of books to their offices today. It feels so good to help! More pix in the comments.

Our 5th Tuesday was a wonderful opportunity to see our own Nicole Johnson 's almost finished new home on the Wisconsin River near Merrill. Wonderful appetizers and beverages, outstanding fellowship. Nicole made every inch count. Beautiful craftsmanship. A little jealous! Great job, my friend. Here are a few pix.

We have changed our meeting schedule, for anyone interested in visiting, to find out more about our club. We still meet at Eagle's at noon, but only on the first and third Tuesday of the month.
