ESTAMOS CONTRATANDO | ASISTENTE ADMINISTRATIVA

GED Trailblazers busca una Asistente Administrativa de medio tiempo para apoyar las operaciones de nuestro programa.

Aproximadamente 8 horas por semana

Principales responsabilidades:
• Realizar llamadas de seguimiento a estudiantes y personas interesadas
• Capturar y actualizar información en nuestros sistemas
• Agregar estudiantes a grupos y plataformas de comunicación
• Mantener listas de contactos y registros actualizados
• Dar seguimiento a información y documentación pendiente
• Apoyar con tareas administrativas básicas del programa

Buscamos una persona:
• Muy organizada y cuidadosa con los detalles
• Responsable y constante con el seguimiento
• Cómoda realizando llamadas telefónicas
• Amable, profesional y clara al comunicarse
• Con manejo de Google Workspace, Office 360 y facilidad para aprender nuevos sistemas
• Capaz de trabajar independientemente y completar tareas sin supervisión constante
• Cómoda realizando tareas administrativas repetitivas
• Discreta en el manejo de información confidencial

Bilingüe español/inglés indispensable.

Es una excelente oportunidad para estudiantes o personas que busquen un trabajo de pocas horas semanales y quieran adquirir experiencia en educación y operación de programas comunitarios.

We’re growing our team!
Ollin Ameyalli is looking for people who believe education can open new possibilities for adults, families, and communities.
We are currently hiring part-time positions for our GED Trailblazers program:

• Program Coordinator
• GED Facilitator
• Administrative Assistant
• GED Math Instructor

We’re looking for reliable, organized, and committed people who want to work directly with our community. For some positions, experience matters. For others, we are happy to train the right person: college students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Bilingual English/Spanish is highly valued.
