Registration is still open for Merkel Youth Football & Cheer Association, but don’t wait — online registration is open through July 31st and spots are filling fast!

Important League Practice Start Dates:

📅 July 13th – Mandatory Conditioning Begins
📅 July 27th – Padded Practices Begin for all 1st–6th Grade Tackle Football teams

✅ If you have registered and paid, your athlete will begin mandatory conditioning on July 13th.
⚠️ If you have not registered yet, please do so soon so your child does not miss mandatory conditioning practice.

This is a mandatory league requirement.

🏈 Tackle Football (1st–6th Grade) — $160
🚩 Flag Football (PreK–K) — $100

At MYFCA, we proudly serve Merkel, Tye, and Trent, Texas, and we know one thing for certain: coaches and volunteers are the backbone of a strong organization. They are the leaders, mentors, encouragers, and role models who help shape not only better athletes, but better young men and women in our communities.

From the football field to the cheer sideline, our program would not be possible without dedicated individuals willing to invest their time, energy, and heart into our kids. Season registrations are still open in most towns, and we would love to see more families get involved this season.
