πŸ“’ FOOD PANTRY DISTRIBUTION INFORMATION πŸ“’

Please read ALL information below before coming to distribution day:

πŸ”Ή If you arrive before 3:30pm, we will require you to leave.

πŸ”Ή No ID or proof of anything is required.

πŸ”Ή Restrooms are NOT available, please plan accordingly.

πŸ”Ή We do NOT do β€œfirst come, first served” and we do NOT make lines.

πŸ”Ή Numbers will be given out AFTER 3:30pm. The first people in the lot are NOT guaranteed to receive the first numbers. We do not work that way.

πŸ”Ή No waiting on the porch or against the building.

πŸ”Ή No smoking or va**ng within 20 feet of the building.

πŸ”Ή If you leave after receiving a number but BEFORE you are called in, you may not be served.

πŸ”Ή If you are NEW to our pantry, you will fill out a USDA form with your name, number in your household, and your signature. Bring the completed form inside with you when your number is called.

πŸ”Ή Shortly after 4:30pm, we call in numbers 1–5 to sign in and select food. We will continue with 6–10 after a few minutes, and so on. Don't attempt to enter before your number is called.

πŸ”Ή Only ADULTS may represent a household and ONLY adults may choose food.

πŸ”Ή Food is replenished throughout distribution, so arriving early does NOT guarantee better or more food than those arriving later.

Thank you for helping us keep distribution safe, fair, and organized for everyone we serve. ❀️

Thinking of replacing your picnic/fishing/camping cooler? We'd love to have it for use in our Tuesday food distribution!

If you want to donate one and do not need a tax receipt, please feel free to leave it on the side porch (double glass doors) of the church.

If you have questions, messaging us on FB or IG is the quickest way to get in touch.

Here is how it works:
--If you arrive in our parking lot before 3:30pm you will be asked to leave and return later.
--No ID or proof of anything is required.
--Restrooms will not be available, plan accordingly.
--We do not do "first come, first served" or make lines.
--Numbers will be given out after 3:30pm. The first people in the lot ARE NOT guaranteed to receive the first numbers. We don't work that way.
--No waiting on the porch or against the building.
--No smoking/va**ng within 20 feet of the building. No butts in the parking lot.
--If you leave after receiving a number but before you are called in, you may not be served.
--If you are new to our pantry, there is a USDA form that you will fill out with your name, number in the household and your signature; you will bring it in with you when you are called in.
--At 4:30pm or shortly after, we will call in the people holding numbers 1 through 5, get you signed in and pick out food. We will continue with 6 through 10, etc. We will check numbers as you enter and if you attmept to enter before your number is called, you will be told to go back outside and wait.
--Follow the instructions our volunteers provide and visit the food categories in the order we indicate. You may decide not to take something from an area but you may not move out of order to the next area.
--Only adults may represent a houshold and only adults may choose food. If you have children with you, please help them to understand this and please supervise them closely.
--We cannot guarantee someone to help you carry your food.
--We will give out food until 6:30pm and we will replenish the food we offer throughout distribution. Getting here early doesn't cause you to get better/more food than those who arrive closer to the end.

We looking forward to seeing you today! Please keep in mind that we offer food every Tuesday, even if you do not see a post on social media.
The rules are the same as always:
--No one in the parking lot before 3:30pm
--No lines and we DO NOT do first come, first served
--Food is restocked throughout the time we are open so the first in the door don't always get what is perceived to be the "best" food.
--Sometimes certain food categories are limited to a certain number per person picking up, not per family.
--The quantities of each particular category change from week to week.
--You do not have to accept food from any category you do not wish to. We do not give extra in another category because of that.
--Today, May 5th, we will be offering a great quantity of meat than usual.
