REMINDERS
Do NOT put chairs in the pool. Replacing the pool liner is expensive.

Do NOT allow guests/family to use your pool keycard (unescorted), the homeowner MUST accompany all guests at the pool. The homeowner is responsible for any damage caused by their guests. (Anyone that is not a permanent resident of Mullins Bend is considered a guest.)

The Pool Is Open!!
The pool has been thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed by our Pool Experts. Community Volunteers have helped us walk the pool to make sure there is no longer a safety hazard.

Fish at the Pond - There is some sort of issue with the fish at the pond and there are approximately 75 dead fish on the shoreline around the pond. We have contacted the local wildlife office to consider an investigation into the cause of this.

At this time we cannot recommend fishing at the pond until what is causing the death to so many fish is determined.

If you have any information on what might have caused this please e-mail the board so that we can relay the information to the wildlife enforcement officer. The board can be reached at [email protected].
