Your first well-woman exam: What actually happens? 👀

We'll talk through your medical history, health concerns, family history, and any questions you may have.

Your blood pressure, heart rate, and other basic health information help us get a picture of your overall wellness.
3️⃣ We talk about your reproductive health.
Depending on your age, health history, and individual needs, your appointment may include a focused physical exam or Pap test if you're due.
4️⃣ You get to ask questions.
No question is too awkward, too small, or too embarrassing.
5️⃣ We talk about what's next.
You'll receive personalized recommendations and, when needed, referrals to trusted providers so you can continue caring for your health.
