Today, our Scouting family lost a true giant. Tom Junkins has gone home.

Tom lived the Scout Oath and Law every day. He served with humility, humor, and a steady kindness that made everyone around him better. His legacy is woven into every troop he lead, every camp he helped build, and every young person he encouraged along the trail.

We will miss his wisdom. We will miss his stories. We will miss his friendship. But we will carry forward the lessons he gave us — because that’s what Tom would want.

Rest in the Eternal Camp Mr. Tom
