Another shooting area south of Boise trashed and in danger of being closed. Watch for a cleanup event in late September or October. We cleaned the area across the street from this early this season so we can cleanup this area and do a touch-up on the first spot at the same time! It’ll be a 2-fer this time.

You can prevent this by telling whomever you hire to haul trash that you are withholding payment until they present a scale ticket from the landfill. A good and reputable hauler should understand.

Final numbers from the Glenns Ferry, Idaho Cleanup are in!

6300 pounds of trash (about 66.5 cubic yards), 33 tires,
1 air conditioner,
1 A/C compressor,
1 RV refrigerator,
2 car batteries!
