Meet the next Miss Meridian Organization Director, Olivia Williams! Olivia started her involvement with the Miss America Opportunity as a contestant in the Miss Mississippi's Outstanding Teen pageant. She has been a local director for 5 years and absolutely loves the impact, friendships, and difference she can make in the lives of young women around her.

Olivia is the Marketing Coordinator at neonFROG, inc., a full-service creative agency in Columbus, MS. She and her husband, Airrey, have been married for two years and love spending time with their two dogs, Kaiser and Otto.

She is excited for another great year for the Miss Meridian Organization!

Get to know our three incredible local directors behind the Miss Meridian Organization! Starting with Penny Randall.

Penny has been involved with pageants for over 20 years, from being a pageant mom to directing, coaching, and volunteering. This will be her 5th year as a local director for the Miss America Opportunity. Outside of the pageant world, she is the Public Affairs Officer at Naval Air Station Meridian. She has been married to her husband, David, for 28 years, and they share two children, Olivia and David, plus their furbaby, Dixie Paris.

Penny looks forward to another wonderful year with our Team Meridian girls!

We’ve had a lot of questions about what ages are eligible for the Miss Meridian Competition! We are an official preliminary competition to the Miss Mississippi’s Teen and Miss Mississippi competitions. Teens range from 14-18, and Misses can be 18-28
