It is with deep gratitude and a heavy heart we share an important update about BEST, our volunteer group. After thoughtful consideration and many conversations, we have made the decision to formally shut down our operations. State and I.R.S. 501(c)3 dissolution procedures will be followed.
This choice was not made lightly. Over the past several years, your generosity has fueled countless hours of service and needed supplies to aid us in assisting our county VFD's and First Responders. None of what we accomplished would have been possible without your support and belief in our mission.
Although our group is closing, the spirit of volunteerism you helped cultivate will continue to live on through our community and the connections we've built. We hope you feel proud of the difference you made for us.
Thank you for standing with us, for giving your support and for helping us create something truly meaningful. We are profoundly grateful.
With appreciation,
Bosque Emergency Support Team
