A huge thank you to everyone who came out to the Meriden Mineral Club Gem & Mineral Show this weekend! We loved seeing so many rockhounds, families, collectors, and curious visitors exploring the amazing world of minerals.

From cracking open geodes to discovering fluorescent minerals and meeting our incredible vendors, it was a fun weekend filled with learning, curiosity, and lots of beautiful rocks.

The calm before the rock storm! 🪨💎

We’re busy setting up for the Meriden Mineral Club Gem & Mineral Show, and it’s coming together beautifully. Tables are filling up with incredible minerals, fossils, gems, and all kinds of treasures waiting to be discovered.

A huge shout-out to all the volunteers working hard behind the scenes to make this happen. Shows like this take a lot of hands — and a lot of rocks!

If you’re looking for something fun to do this weekend, come stop by, say hello, learn something new about rocks and minerals, and maybe take home a new favorite specimen.

It’s kid-friendly, there will be geode cracking, great displays, and plenty to explore.
